forgive yourself, just like you forgive others
the other day i have this conversation with my friend : do you think i am a bad person : of course not, what makes you think that way ? : you only said it because you are my friend : oh come on i get jealous when people are better than me i sometimes hurt people and sometimes i even talk behind people's back : i think you are just describing a person, not a bad one i think we are so hard on ourselves, we forgive people when they hurt us but feel guilty every time we hurt someone else maybe being a good person doesn't mean always getting it right maybe it means recognizing when you are wrong and trying to do a little bit better next time
